The world’s leading WordPress digital experience platform, WP Engine needed to recruit highly sought-after engineers and developers to their team for their new, state-of-the-art office in Limerick.
Embracing the company’s brand purpose of “Powering the freedom to create”, the idea for this campaign framed talented people as the very fuel that WP Engine runs on. The film captures the energy and enthusiasm of those already working on the team, their testimonies on the WP Engine culture giving Claire Prouvost– one of Ireland’s leading muralists–the freedom to create a bespoke art installation.
Multiple edits of the full length film were used to produce assets and provide storytelling content for the ongoing recruitment campaign.
